Information you choose to share

When you contact the ministry, submit feedback, send a prayer request, or request information, we may receive details such as your name, email address, and the message you provide.

Please do not send passwords, financial account information, Social Security numbers, medical records, precise home or work addresses, or other highly sensitive personal information.

Prayer Center submissions

The current Prayer Center prepares a message in your email application addressed to the ministry team. The website does not automatically publish the request or place the request into a public database.

You may choose a private request or request public sharing after review. Selecting public sharing gives the ministry permission to review and, if appropriate, publish a privacy-conscious version of the request on the Prayer Wall. Public requests may be shortened, redacted, declined, corrected, or removed for privacy, safety, moderation, or ministry-care reasons.

Private requests are not intentionally published on the Prayer Wall. The sender's email address and other contact information are not intentionally included in a public Prayer Wall entry.

Public Prayer Wall

Only requests that have been reviewed and have appropriate permission are eligible for public display. We work to remove unnecessary identifying information, especially information about children, third parties, precise locations, medical details, allegations, and other sensitive matters.

A public prayer request may still contain personal information that the submitter chose to share. Do not copy, scrape, republish, contact, target, or attempt to identify a person from a Prayer Wall request.

Information stored on your device

Some study, game, profile, note, prayer, and progress features save information locally in your browser. Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, this local information remains on that device and is not sent to the ministry.

On the Prayer Wall, the “I prayed for this” acknowledgement is stored on your device in the current static-site version. It is not a verified global prayer count. You can remove locally stored information through the relevant reset control or your browser settings.

Technical information

Our website host and other service providers may automatically process limited technical information—such as browser type, device type, requested pages, approximate location derived from an internet address, and error or security logs—to deliver, protect, and improve the site.

How information is used

• To respond to questions, feedback, prayer requests, or ministry inquiries.
• To provide prayer care, moderate public Prayer Wall entries, and process updates or removal requests.
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its resources.
• To prevent misuse, fraud, harassment, or security threats.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by trusted providers that help operate email, hosting, forms, or other website services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or with your permission.

A private prayer request will not be intentionally shared on the public Prayer Wall. A public prayer request may be shared only after the submitter has selected public sharing and the request has been reviewed, except when disclosure or withholding is reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern or legal obligation.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, ministry records, prayer care, moderation, security, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

This website provides family and ministry resources, but it is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. The Prayer Center asks a submitter to confirm that they are at least 13 or are submitting with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child has sent personal information so that we can review and, when appropriate, delete or de-identify it.

External websites

Links to other websites, social platforms, video providers, email applications, or storefronts are governed by those services' own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what personal information you have provided, request a correction or deletion when appropriate, ask for a public prayer request to be anonymized or removed, or ask a privacy question by emailing team@nolabelsdesignedbygod.org. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
