Unless otherwise identified, original Bible studies, devotionals, articles, lesson materials, teaching resources, website copy, games, graphics, designs, downloadable resources, podcast materials, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to No Labels Designed by God, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Trademark notice
No Labels, Designed by God™, the NLDG name, associated logos, slogans, graphics, and other distinctive brand identifiers are trademarks or claimed trademarks of No Labels Designed by God, LLC.
The ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights. It should not be replaced with the ® symbol unless the applicable mark has been federally registered and use of the registration symbol is legally appropriate.
Permitted ministry use
Unless a specific resource states otherwise, NLDG materials made available for ministry use may be viewed, printed, and reasonably copied for personal, family, classroom, Bible-study, small-group, or local-church noncommercial use.
When sharing or reproducing an NLDG resource under this permission:
- Do not sell the material or charge for access to the NLDG content itself.
- Keep NLDG attribution, copyright notices, trademark notices, and branding intact.
- Do not present the material as your own original work.
- Do not alter the material in a way that falsely suggests NLDG approved, sponsored, or endorsed the modified version.
Uses requiring permission
Prior written permission is required for commercial reproduction, resale, licensing, mass redistribution, substantial republication on another website or platform, incorporation into a product for sale, or use of NLDG logos or brand identity in a way that may suggest an official relationship with the ministry.
Permission may also be required when a proposed use falls outside the personal, church, classroom, or small-group noncommercial uses described above.
Third-party material
Bible translations, photographs, music, videos, quotations, trademarks, logos, media, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership to NLDG.
Third-party material may be used under permission, license, attribution requirements, platform terms, or other applicable lawful-use principles. Any reuse of that material must also respect the rights and requirements of the original owner.
Links and brief quotations
We welcome links to publicly available NLDG pages and reasonable brief quotations for commentary, teaching, discussion, or reference when No Labels, Designed by God is clearly credited and the use does not misrepresent the ministry or substitute for the original resource.
