Leadership safeguards
Spiritual authority must never be used to control, exploit, or silence.
This journey directly addresses domination, secrecy, favoritism, financial misconduct, sexual misconduct, retaliation, spiritual intimidation, unsafe counseling, and the misuse of confidentiality.
- Leaders remain accountable to Christ, Scripture, policy, and appropriate oversight.
- Abuse and serious misconduct require protection, reporting, and qualified review.
- Forgiveness does not automatically restore a person to leadership.
